To reserve space on campus, all registered student organizations ) must submit a room request via the highlander Hub (www.highlanderhub.com) to the office of Student Life, including but not limited to tabling, conference rooms, classrooms, event venues, lawns/greens etc. Space reservations are available only to registered groups and organizations. Room Requests should be submitted at least (30) days prior to event when possible.
Once the venue is scheduled and confirmed, a confirmation will be emailed to the requestor. Note that specific venue requests may change based upon availability and scope of event / meeting or activity, and at the discretion of the scheduling office.
The confirmation will reflect both event start and end times a Please be aware of the scheduled times when you are using the venue. Event registration MUST be submitted 30 days prior to the event date. Meeting will then be scheduled with the appropriate resource offices staff to coordinate logistics. NO advertising of event may take place prior to event approval from The Office of Student Life staff.
