All the arrangements for accommodations, meeting facilities, food service, and everything else needed for your conference, meeting, or seminar can be achieved by contacting Conference & Event Services one of these convenient ways:

Conference Services Application

To request a space for your event, please complete all fields. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email within 24 business hours from our Conference Services Department. If you do not receive a confirmation receipt, please give us a call at (973) 596-5625.

Will Dignitaries be attending?

Dignitaries are guests of high rank or position, usually in the government or those of significant public interest or relationship to NJIT. Examples include Elected or Appointed Government Officials, military officers, representatives of foreign governments, religious leaders and members of NJIT's Boards of Trustees and Overseers.
